Abstract / first paragraph: Supreme Court Justice Tierney yesterday approved an application by the Park Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church to lease its property at the southeast corner of Park Avenue and Eighty-sixth Street to the Heghar Realty Corporation for the erection there of a fifteen-story apartment house on the Park Avenue side, and a church structure, with two additional stories above it for church purposes on the Eighty-sixth Street front.
